Stakeholder & Community Engagement
Evexia offers a suite of training programs that vary from awareness capability building, to high focus growth experiences incorporating stress induction, psychological testing and risk assessment. These programs are specific to land access, mandatory property acquisition and commercial recovery scenarios relevant to the resource, infrastructure and finance sectors.
These stakeholder engagement programs are designed to provide a road map and practical skills to support safe and effective interactions in challenging environments. Specific training programs include:
Engagement Support Program (ESP):
A 6 day program designed for land access and community engagement staff including stakeholder review, self assessment, internal and external hazard review, task and time analysis, risk-needs assessment, situational awareness, three phase engagement, and de-escalation and communication toolkits.
Field Engagement Support Program (F-ESP):
A 2 day program for field staff split into 4 half day modules covering engagement and disengagement behaviours, case studies, situational awareness, risk-need indicators and process safety checklist.
SETT Program:
An 8 day program for staff undertaking land access, mandatory property acquisition and commercial recovery situations. This is an expansion of the ESP program including additional psychological testing of emotional intelligence, work related personality traits, negotiation styles, problem solving styles, learning groups and video based group coaching support.
C-SETT Program:
A 2 day high focus scenario simulation based program testing individual stress profiles, identifying and managing violence, mental health, suicide and extremism risks and psychosocial hazard assurance. This requires completion of the ESP or SETT programs before participation, and is designed for land access, mandatory property acquisition and commercial recovery situations where complex stakeholder behaviours are present.
