Carly is a Registered Psychologist and Organisational Consultant, bringing a wealth of professional and client-focused expertise to enhance individual and organisational performance. With academic qualifications in Psychology and Criminology, Carly brings a unique and valuable perspective to her work in organisational consulting. Her interdisciplinary background provides her with a deep understanding of human behaviour, group dynamics, ethical decision-making, and risk assessment. She offers keen insights into the organisational systems and structures that influence workplace experiences, enabling her to effectively identify and address complex challenges such as psychosocial risk, conflict, and ethical dilemmas.

Carly’s approach is grounded in evidence-based psychological principles and practical consulting strategies, supporting pragmatic, tailored interventions that deliver clear, effective outcomes for diverse individuals and teams. Carly supports organisations in identifying and mitigating risks, enhancing employee engagement and well-being, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Her work is guided by a strong commitment to psychological safety, healthy workplace dynamics, and meaningful, sustainable change at both individual and systemic levels.

Carly works across a wide range of workplace settings and is experienced in the design, development and delivery of various appropriate intervention strategies, facilitation and assessment. She has a broad range of focus areas including organisational health and psychosocial safety; risk and psychological assessment; conflict resolution; navigating workplace change and organisational direction; leadership coaching and skills training, and bespoke team-based training and developmental programs (e.g., stakeholder engagement, effective communication, emotional intelligence and insightful leadership, resilience building, navigating workplace change, and self-care and wellbeing).  Carly has also supported leaders throughout the career lifecycle, with particular emphasis on early-career professional development, career progression, and late-career transitions to retirement.

Carly has provided professional services extensively across various public sector departments, a range of private and non-for-profit organisations, and frontline community service and support providers. As a key member of the Evexia team for over nine years, Carly also has significant experience in high-volume crisis response and first point of contact for complex risk scenarios, program coordination, and remote and / or international psychological program delivery.

Known for her respectful, collaborative, and client-centred approach, Carly creates a safe space for individuals and teams to share experiences, explore challenges, and develop strategies that foster real, meaningful, and sustainable progress.
