Caroline Gregory is a clinical and workplace psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in the application of psychological assessment and intervention in the workplace. Caroline is proficient in the delivery of individual and group-based interventions in the areas of leadership training and coaching; team development; organisational health; conflict and dispute resolution; and work-related stress management. She brings an understanding of workplace legislation to her approach, with a focus on providing organisations with structured strategy and advice.
Caroline is experienced in conducting investigations into workplace grievances and conduct matters as well as for workers’ compensation claims of a psychological nature. Her approach is sensitive, ethical, and respectful, and adheres to the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness. She seeks to understand the specific needs and context of each workplace and through analysis of workplace issues can provide recommendations for targeted interventions relevant to the circumstances of the investigation.
Caroline’s clinical background offers valuable experience in assessing and advising on psychosocial hazards in the workplace that impact the wellbeing of individuals, the functioning of teams, and create risk for organisations. She partners with workplaces to develop effective risk mitigation strategies and controls to assist organisations to meet their duty of care requirements and improve organisational health and performance.
Through her work, Caroline has gained experience managing complex stakeholder relationships to achieve positive outcomes for all parties. She brings a supportive, empathic approach to her consulting which allows her to build genuine and constructive relationships with her clients.
Caroline’s consultancy career has seen her delivering organisational health projects and workplace psychology services to a wide range of client groups, including large private sector corporations, various public sector departments, and numerous not-for-profit organisations.
