Georgia Howlett is a dedicated Data and Research Assistant who has been supporting Evexia for the last three years. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Georgia is passionate about understanding human behaviour within professional settings and contributing to evidence-based solutions for organisational success. With a developing knowledge in research methodologies and data analysis, Georgia supports Evexia’s projects by gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to assist in the development of insights that help organisations optimise performance, employee engagement, and overall well-being.
Georgia’s academic focus on psychology, combined with hands-on experience in various volunteer organisations, provides a unique perspective that enhances Evexia’s ability to offer data-driven recommendations. With an attention to detail and an inquisitive mind, Georgia continues to strive to learn by observing her peers and colleagues and actively supporting Evexia’s research endeavours.
In her spare time, Georgia loves travel, playing volleyball and listening to music while re-organising and re-decorating any room she can find. After the completion of her studies, Georgia hopes to continue to make an impact to individuals and teams through supporting not-for-profit organisations both in Australia and overseas.
