Belinda Howlett brings a diverse and interesting medical background to the team at Evexia. A Registered Nurse for over 23 years, she brings insight and unique expertise into complex workplace settings. Belinda’s hospital experience, including Operating Theatres, Day Hospitals, Private Clinics and General Ward Nursing, has been garnered over a career working both in Queensland and Interstate, as well as in several hospitals in the UK. Having functioned co-operatively in such a variety of workplaces, and while meeting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life stages, she discovered her passion was people.
With project experience in complex Queensland Health Services, Belinda’s strengths include a pragmatic approach to assisting teams in challenging healthcare settings. With a keen understanding of the constraints faced by groups with limited time and resources, Belinda excels in helping groups to craft grassroots action plans that drive tangible and sustainable results. With an approach grounded in realism, Belinda empowers teams to implement practical solutions and improve outcomes regardless of time or resource constraints.
Belinda is known by her colleagues as a warm, attentive listener who is empathetic and balanced and shows a clear heart for people. Currently (mostly) enjoying raising older teenagers, Belinda is finding more time for beach trips with her dog and plans to dust off her hiking boots soon for some more travel adventures.
