Megan Peach is an experienced operations executive, program manager, and researcher who develops solutions to achieve enterprise strategy, address risk and ensure a healthy organisation. Her work incorporates service design and employee experience principles and agile methodology. Megan has previously worked as an internal and external consultant within Human Resources and Organisational Development teams. Her experience includes large cultural and systems transformation programs across a range of industries, including governance and program management functions supported by change enablement engagement strategy.

Megan is a workplace psychologist with business acumen and a strength in co-partnering with clients to become a purposeful team comprised of staff who want to drive activities.  She has provided advisory as well as implementation support regarding solutions targeted across the entire employee lifecycle (systems analysis; organisation and role re/design, strategic selection system design and assessment especially for specialised workforces, onboarding, engagement and workforce performance, workforce planning, leadership and capability development for all staff levels, conflict resolution, coaching and professional supervision). Megan has also worked in wide-scale solutions for tertiary and other educational enterprises, all level of government and various industries such as telecommunication, energy / resources, not-for-profit, retail and agriculture.

Megan is also an experienced non-executive director and board advisor who has assisted clients to implement board and operational strategies, measurement approaches and end-to-end talent engagement and risk management systems, especially pertaining to psycho-social risk across the employee lifecycle.  She is familiar with developing and working within program-level or enterprise governance and research frameworks and working with personnel at all levels of an organisation to achieve inclusive, quality outcomes. She encourages evidence-based and data-driven decision-making within her work and is familiar with executive and Board reporting frameworks, and delights in helping organisations to refine safety within their workplace systems, as well as demonstrate the impact and return-on-investment of these initiatives.

Megan is versatile and flexible in response to challenges and is regarded as being passionate, authentic and collaborative. She has been a passionate volunteer in the local community for over 20 years and currently serves as a Chair, NED, Company Secretary or Board Advisor when invited to for NFP’s and charities.  When not creating in the kitchen or planning adventures, you’ll likely find her wandering about in nature, lost in low-brow fiction, or devouring emerging research.
