Provided below is a summary of current COVID-19 service offerings. Evexia has been able to rapidly develop ‘zero touch’ services to align with current COVID-19 public health measures, and as such all of the below services are delivered through a combination of telephone, video-conference, email and other remote modalities:
- COVID-19 wellbeing and people risk screening survey for managers of services: A brief measure for managers / leaders to assess their staff wellbeing and engagement risks through the COVID-19 and receive advice and guidance from Evexia consultants through both verbal consultation and brief report.
1 - Virtually delivered resilience and wellbeing training for teams and leaders to through COVID: An evidence-based suite of training packages designed specifically to support staff and leaders to manage their wellbeing through COVID-19. These programs are facilitated by workplace psychologists and are designed to be engaging and practical, using a mindfulness-based framework.
1 - Training and facilitation in areas such as effective workplace communication, understanding and managing emotions in yourself and others, and dealing with change: We have adapted our wide range of training and development resources for virtual delivery using video-conference facilities. We can develop bespoke remote based workshops and training on a range of workplace relevant concepts to suit the needs of our client organisations. We are able to deliver psychological first aid training to staff and leaders, within the context of COVID-19.
1 - Leadership support, coaching and advice for managing your wellbeing, your staff, performance and team morale COVID-19: We have developed a 6-session leadership package for leaders and managers in community setting services. These sessions take a coaching approach and are tailored to the needs of the client, covering topics such as wellbeing for leaders; managing staff performance, wellbeing and morale through COVID-19; understanding change and balancing emergent needs with longer term strategy.
1 - Team Health and Culture assessment process delivered remotely: Evexia are experts in assessing organisational health and culture through qualitative and quantitative data collection, using evidence-based tools and processes. This process includes an assessment of psychosocial risk factors and provides clear suggestions for how workplace leaders can manage these risks. We have adapted our approach to assessment of organisational health and culture to be ‘zero touch’ through COVID-19 measures, and to include specific insights into, and guidance on, managing psychosocial risk during these times.
1 - Conflict management and mediation delivered through video conference: We have experience conducting successful workplace mediation services through a video-conference modality, and can also provide advice and training to workplaces on managing conflict between individuals and within teams.
1 - Human Factors Safety Training: We have developed a safety framework to assist staff who are working with stakeholders who are distressed. This can be tailored to customer contact processes, and promotes risk/need analysis as well as situational awareness in both virtual/remote and face to face contact with clients/consumers and other stakeholders.
1 - Regular professional Supervision in group or individual settings to support staff who work in emotionally challenging environments and/or who work with distressing material: Staff in community health and welfare settings often deal with emotionally challenging material, heightened emotion in clients / consumers, and sometimes with distressing or objectionable material. Best practice involves regular (typically monthly) professional supervision with an appropriately trained psychologist. This can occur individually or in group settings and we are experienced delivering these services remotely.
1 - Suite of COVID relevant resources on wellbeing tailored to the needs of the sector. Evexia is able to provide a resource library, including videos, interactive presentations and PDF documents that are easily shared with workers at all levels, covering important topics such as wellbeing through COVID-19, understanding and managing emotions in self and others, and developing mental agility through change. These resources can be co-branded if required and adapted to the specific needs of client organisations.
